Social life
Widener students come from 26 countries, bringing with them diverse interests and talents to share. The 80 student organizations and clubs on campus provide an ideal way to broaden your friendship group, and to make a difference in the community. Over 40% of Widener students participate in at least one club, and 16% start a club during their university career.
The Widener Pride athletic teams are very popular among the student body, and they participate in a range of sports including baseball, lacrosse, basketball, soccer and American football.
Home life
The university shuttle bus stop is right across the street from the campus. It gives you easy, free-of-charge transport around the local area. Undergraduate students (International Year One) live on campus in university residence halls for at least three years. Graduate Students (Pre-Master's Program) are given help to find off-campus accommodation.
