MBA and Pre-MBA "Bridge" Program
The Master of Business Administration program at Long Island University is accredited by AACSB. Students select courses that fit their needs and career goals from the areas of Finance, International Business, Management, and or Marketing.
The Pre-MBA is a 2-semester non-degree 'bridge' program that allows international students to earn the additional 30 credits needed to equate their 3-year bachelor's degree to that of a 4-year US bachelor's degree. No GMAT is required on entry to the Pre-MBA, but an acceptable GMAT score must be achieved for admission to the MBA.

Master's in Digital Game Design and Development (MA)
A practical, projects-based, student-led program. Students form teams, pitch ideas, develop software, do usability testing and deliver a finished game or interactive media piece as their thesis. In the Medical Biology program you will have the opportunity to learn the standard techniques in biotechnology that may be used in field that include forensic pathology, clinical laboratory medicine, and cancer screening.

Master's in Nutrition (MS)
The program enhances professional qualifications as a food and nutrition specialist. Specializations in Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Nutrition in Geriatrics and Eating Disorders are provided. For students who wish to become Registered Dietitians a 42-credit option, which includes 6 credits of supervised practice in the Dietetic Internship program, is offered.

Student accommodation (included in fee for undergraduate students)
More than 1,940 students live on campus in residence halls and suites. Ten residence halls are tailored to individual needs e.g. quiet study, first year only, international student housing, semi-private suites.
Residence halls accommodate from 40 to 380 students. Some are traditional-style, offering two, three or four- person rooms that open onto a common hallway. Residents in each hallway share a large, common bathroom. Seven residence halls feature doubles and suites.
Every residence hall offers lounges for relaxation or study, as well as snack areas with vending machines and convection ovens, and fully equipped laundry rooms.
Student meal plan (included in fee for undergraduate students)
- unlimited access to the residential restaurant, 7 days a week, and one meal per day at the express restaurant (Mon-Thu lunchtimes only)
- plus $125 Dining Dollars per semester for use at any of the 9 dining facilities on campus
- the residential restaurant offers American main meals, ethnically inspired foods, vegetarian selections, continental breakfast, soups, sandwiches and much more
- the express restaurant serves a variety of hot meals, pizza, sandwiches, soups and salads
- extra Dining Dollars can be purchased at any time.

Campus description
The Post campus is considered one of the most beautiful in America. It is shaped by 56 modern buildings, 3 historic mansions, 4,000 trees, magnificent formal gardens, sprawling green lawns, and nature trails. Campus is also home to the renowned Tilles Center for the Performing Arts, Hillwood Art Museum and the Institute for Arts and Culture. Over 200 on-campus events are held each year, including pop concerts from some of the world's leading artists.

Located in Brookville, Long Island University's wooded suburban campus is only 20 miles - just 50 minutes by car - away from the excitement of New York City. A free van service takes you from campus to the nearest train station, from where it is a 40-50 minute journey to New York City's Penn Station.
